THEIR uniform might be mostly blue but it didn't stop staff members at the Junee Correctional Centre showing off some blue hair.

Blue September is all about raising funds to help combat men's cancers and it is the second year it has been held at the jail.
First organised by provisional psychologist Emma McMahon, the centre raised the fourth highest amount in the country last year.
Ms McMahon said the motivation to raise the funds started off close to home with her dad diagnosed with prostate cancer and with the majority of inmates also male, it was an opportunity to raise awareness and funds.
While the nation's total is currently being tallied, the centre is hoping to come close to the top with $6000 raised this year.
Ms McMahon said the money wasn't just raised by staff.
"The inmates raised $3000 with their fundraising," she said.
"We're hoping for a top- five finish, but everyone's upped the ante this year.
"It was a fantastic effort and great support from everyone ... it would not have been successful without everyone else's support."
