Rhys proposed at the couple's home on Christmas morning in 2012, with a ring hidden under the tree.
They couple were married at Narooma Golf Course overlooking the ocean, Montague Island and Glasshouse Rocks.
A reception with 140 guests from Germany, Airlie Beach, Gold Coast, Armidale, Coffin Bay, Junee, Wagga and Canberra was held at the Narooma Golf Club.
Amanda, the eldest daughter of Wayne and Debbie Bond of Junee, was given away by her father and wore a Fiore Couture lace and organza fitted and flare gown, with a strapless sweetheart neckline, fitted bodice and beaded detail.
Amanda, 26, wore a ribbon edged fingertip veil and carried a bouquet of white and pale pink roses.
She was attended to by her maid of honour Jessica Bond and bridesmaids Hayley Bond, Annalisa Denholm, Kasey Eldridge and Jordan Pertzel, who wore floor length strapless chiffon dresses with a gathered bust in the same colour her mother's bridesmaids had worn - blue, lemon, lavender, mint and pink.
Rhys, 25, the eldest son of Graham and Elizabeth Pertzel of Lockhart, was joined by his best man Kyle Pertzel and groomsmen Joshua Maniscalco, Mitchell Pilon, Joshua Eldridge and Joshua Pilon.
The couple honeymooned in Bali for seven days and enjoyed motorbike riding around the mountains and rice fields and elephant rides.
Amanda, a registered nurse, and Rhys, a plumber, have made their home in Wagga.
