With just more than four weeks to the big day, publicity officer Jo Kupier said it was a good time for locals to start preparing their entries.
"The show committee has been hard at work over the past few months making sure this year's show will be a fun-filled day for the whole family," Mrs Kupier said.
Those seeking a thrill will be well catered for with a free rock climbing wall and the return of team penning.
"Numerous teams will be competing, with a team consisting of three people on horseback who must round up a number of cattle within a certain time," she said.
"There will also be the ever-popular animal nursery, pet show and sand castle competition."
The Land's Sydney Showgirl competition is on again, with the committee keen to hear from any girls interested in entering the search for a rural NSW ambassador.
"It is not a beauty contest but provides entrants with the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge of rural NSW and awareness of issues faced by women in rural areas," Mrs Kupier said.
Locals interested in entering the showgirl competition could contact Bernadette Burcher on 0427 241 337, Julie Shepherd on 0400 559 402 or Megan Callow on 0407 411 735.
The Junee and District Co-Op Society, operators of the SUPA IGA have returned as the show's major sponsor and Anoni Wright Lawyers are sponsoring the first ever ladies' marquee.
Mrs Kupier said there would be something for everyone in the ladies marquee.
"Lots of goodies will be on sale ranging from candles and cosmetics to hats, handbags, soaps, clothing, cards and much more including workshop."
