Winners of the Australia Day social bowls were Brian Smith, Noel Lawson and Ian Cooper on 32 points, runners up were Sean Smith, Lyle Billingham and Martin Holmes on 25 points.

Eight teams competed and were all well back on points.

The 24-hour Can Assist bowling event meant there were few games of bowls played over the weekend.
