Last week’s round of Summer Soccer saw some very good close matches, with a couple of blow-outs.
Topssip hit the top spot in the women’s competition, but with only six points separating the top-eight teams, there is still plenty of life left in the contest.
In the men’s games, Silverbacks have taken over top spot and with only six points separating the top-six teams, this is also a close competition.
Katrina Sweeney’s Team scored their first win with a solid game over Demons, while A Bit Random took the points from The B Team.
Topssip were too strong for MPF Engineering and Savages took the points from Kylendy’s Wild Katz in a close hard-fought game.
Foxy Loxys and Illabo Hotel drew their match with both teams never giving up and the Unruly Ink Angels took the points over Licorice Htrs in another close game.
Dirtbags won a very hard game against Get Plastered, while Silverbacks got away with the points taking a close game against Sheathers Shenanigans.
Hell Raisers were never headed taking their game over Control Freaks, while Team Judd and Balls Deep FC fought out an exciting draw in the final men’s game.
