For Australia Day, Junee Soccer Club will be kicking the celebrations off first with a sausage sizzle at Burns Park, for only a gold coin donation and families will be entertained by local talent.

Don’t forget that players from teams involved in summer soccer are invited to nominate teams in the 24-hour Cancerwary Bowl-a-thon to be held on January 27 and 28 at the Junee Bowling Club.

The teams can comprise up to 12 players at a cost of $60 per team with $5 per head for extra players.

The bowl-a-thon commences at 6pm on January 27 with a food and barbecue facilities available for a small cost, with all proceeds going directly to Junee Can Assist.
