THE Junee Library is close to having its air-
conditioning system fixed pending the calibration of the state-of-the-art system.
Junee Shire Council’s manager for development and community services Anthony Newland said
a new vent has been made for the system’s
chiller which will allow air to move in higher volumes.
With the installation completed last week, an engineer will calibrate the system through an online program to have the system running.
The air-conditioning system hasn’t been working since pre-Christmas.
Since then staff and patrons have had to use industrial fans to keep cool.
