March and memorial service for Vietnam Veterans

THE South West Slopes Vietnam Veteran's Sub Branch will conduct a march and memorial service on Wednesday, August 18 in Junee.

The Vietnam Veterans will form up at the Junee Ex-Services Memorial Club at 10.35am.

The march will commence at 10.45am lead by the Junee Brass Band followed by the Veterans.

Leaving the Ex-Services, the march will move along Broadway and end at the Vietnam Veteran's Memorial.

Crowley Street and the western side of Broadway will be closed only during the march.

The memorial service and wreath laying ceremony will be conducted at the Vietnam Memorial commencing after the march.

All veterans and members of the public are welcome to attend the service.

The Ex-Services Club will host free entertainment from noon to 4pm for all members of the public.

Band 'ROSSI' will once again be performing.
