A 43-year-old Junee man will front Junee Local court in July after being charged with high-range drink driving.
Last Thursday, the man was spotted by police in a vehicle on Waratah Street at 3.20pm.
According to Wagga Area Command crime manager Rod Smith the man was known to police to be disqualified from driving until December 2011.
It was reported the male drove a car from Waratah St in to Lorne St, before he was stopped by police and arrested.
He was subjected to a breath test which returned a reading of 0.155.
He was charged with high-range prescribed concentration of alcohol, driving while disqualified and driving an unregistered and uninsured vehicle.
