THE Junee Diesels travelled into unfamiliar territory recently with their annual fundraising night.
Instead of holding its regular comedy night, the club decided this year to have hypnotist Damien Mindmaster work his magic.
More than 163 attended the night with many willing to go under Mr Mindmaster’s spell.
Many ended up dancing like Madonna and Michael Jackson, looking after “babies”, dealing with a pretend monkey and using people’s shoes as phones – while being completely unaware.
According to those who were hypnotised, they were partially aware of what was happening, but had no control over their actions.
Deemed a hilarious night, the club is hopeful another hypnotist night will be held.
Proceeds from the night went to the Junee Golf Club and the Diesels.
